NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 31, 2022, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 P.M. in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. BZA-V-22-05. William “Zach” Parent, of 401 South Elm Street, City of McPherson, pursuant to Section 10-107 of the City's Zoning Regulations, requests a variance for the purpose of reducing the required front yard along Skanke Street from 25 feet to 8 feet for a total reduction of 17 feet for the purpose of constructing a 720 SF garage and a 6-foot tall, opaque wooden privacy fence on property zoned as the R-2, Two-Family Residential District and legally described as MCPHERSON O.T. S., Section 28, Township 19, Range 03, Block 117, Lot 12.
