CORRECTED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 28, 2021, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 P.M. in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. BZA-V-21-05. Jeff Wilson, of 1541 North Walnut Street, City of McPherson, pursuant to Section 10-107 of the City’s Zoning Regulations, requests a variance for the purpose of reducing the required front yard setback on the North side of the subject property from 20 feet to 7 feet for the purpose of constructing of a 352 square foot shed on property zoned as the R-1, Single-Family Residential District and legally described as: PARK PLACE (MCPHERSON), SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 19, RANGE 03, BLOCK 1, Lot 1
