Documents listed below contain Information on the new EPA 40 CFR Part 441 industrial user classification "Dental Office Category". A One-Time Compliance Report for Dental Dischargers PDF form has been provided on line that can be downloaded, completed, signed, and printed. The City will also be sending the reporting form and instructions to all of the dental offices in McPherson affected by this new rule. You will need to make two copies of the report. One is for your own records. The second signed copy should be mailed to:
