TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 1, 2023, the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following zoning application at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Room of the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
CASE NO. Z-23-02. The Hoover Enterprises, LLC (Glenn Hoover), of 904 Veranda Circle, McPherson Kansas has proposed a change of zoning district classification from the A-1, Agriculture Transition District (County) to the R-1, Single-Family Residential District.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: VERANDA WEST, BLOCK 1, LOTS 1, 2, 3, and 4, and BLOCK 2, LOTS 1 and 2, SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 19, RANGE 03
GENERAL LOCATION: Approximately 195.5 feet East of the centerline of Sonora Drive and approximately 215 feet West of the Centerline of Veranda Circle
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved under the City Zoning Regulations, would be effectuated by ordinance. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
