NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following application for a Conditional Use on April 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas avenue, McPherson, Kansas. The Special Use case, filed under SU-23-02, scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on May 2, 2023 in the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas has been withdrawn.
CASE NO. CU-23-05. A proposed Conditional Use requested by Dianne and Dick Kovarna, of 515 East 95th Avenue, Hutchinson, Kansas, for the establishment of a restaurant in the B-3a Main Street Zoning District.

GENERAL LOCATION: 206 North Main Street, McPherson, Kansas
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved, would permit the above noted Special Use. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
