McPHERSON — The City of McPherson will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 8:45 a.m. in the McPherson City Commission Room located at the McPherson Municipal Center, 400 E. Kansas.
The purpose of the meeting is to evaluate the performance of Grant No. 20-HR-003 which was for Housing Rehab in the target area of West Main Street to the East, North Avenue A to the South, East Elm Street on both sides of the street, and South Avenue F on both sides of the street. Twelve homes were completed under the program.
This grant was funded, all or in part, from the Kansas Department of Commerce, Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. All aspects of the grant will be discussed, and oral and written comments will be recorded and become a part of the city/county of CDBG Citizen Participation Plan.
