A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE BOUNDARY OF THE CITY OF MCPHERSON, MCPHERSON COUNTY, KANSAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MCPHERSON, KANSAS:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 12-517, Kansas Statutes Annotated, the boundaries of the City of McPherson, in McPherson County, Kansas, are declared as set forth below:
The City of McPherson is located in certain parts of Sections 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23,26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34, Township 19 South, Range 3 West of the Sixth P.M., and Section 6, Township 20 South, Range 3 West of the Sixth P.M., McPherson County, Kansas.
