NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 7, 2021, the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following application for a Special Use at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
CASE NO. SU-21-07. Proposed Special Use requested by Carla Barber of 1810 East Gordon Street, City of McPherson, for a Bed and Breakfast in the R-3, Multiple-Family Residential District.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: MCPHERSON COLLEGE SUBDIVISION 2007, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 19, RANGE 03, BLOCK 2, Lot 9
GENERAL LOCATION: 1810 East Gordon Street
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved, would permit the above noted Special Use. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
