NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 29, 2021, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Room of the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. BZA-CU-21-04. McPherson Family YMCA, of 220 North Walnut Street, City of McPherson, pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City's Zoning Regulations, requests a conditional use as an exception for the purpose of establishing a childcare center for school-aged children at an existing elementary school on property zoned as the R-2, Two-Family Residential District and legally described as:
CLARKE’S ADDITION, 3.5 ACRES, COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, CLARKS FIRST ADDITION FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST 300’; THENCE SOUTH 510’; THENCE WEST 300’THENCE NORTH 510’ TO POINT OF BEGINNING, SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 19, RANGE 03.

You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision.
