America’s Drive-in Restaurants, LLC (Wade Harden)of 305 North Meridian Road, Kansas, pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City's Zoning Regulations, requests a conditional use as an exception for the purpose of construction of a restaurant with a drive-up window in the B-2, Neighborhood Business District and legally described as:

After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision.
