NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 23, 2020, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 P.M. in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. BZA-CU-20-06. Bryan P. Dunlap, of 934 Sycamore Place, City of McPherson, Kansas pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City’s Zoning Regulations, requests a Conditional use to permit the construction of a fence inside the required 25-foot front yard setback in all residential district on property zoned as the R-1, Single-Family Residential District and legally described as: SYCAMORE ADDITION, BLOCK 3, Lot 12, SECTION 33 TOWNSHIP 19 RANGE 03, City of McPherson, McPherson County, Kansas
