NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following application for a Special Use at 7:00 p.m. on April 1, 2025, in the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
CASE NO. SU-25-02. A proposed Special Use requested by David and Kurt Poll, of 8890 South Ridge Court, Byron Center, Michigan, for the purpose of establishing an indoor mini-storage facility for automobiles and dwelling unit for the owner on property zoned as the B-2, Neighborhood Business District.

GENERAL LOCATION: 1021/1023 South Main St, McPherson, Kansas
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved, would permit the above noted Special Use. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
