NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 1, 2023, the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following zoning application at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Room of the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
CASE NO. Z-23-03. The City of McPherson Fire Department (Chief TJ Wyssmann and Emily Taylor, Hutton Construction), of 312 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson Kansas has proposed a change of zoning district classification from the A-1, Agriculture Transition District (County) to the R-1, Single-Family Residential District.

You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved under the City Zoning Regulations, would be effectuated by ordinance. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
