In its continued effort to help fulfill an immediate need for workforce housing in the community, the City of McPherson released a request for proposals for Moderate Income Housing projects in 2023.
The deadline for the next round of grant funding provides a short window, therefore interested developers need to submit by May 12.
The City will choose to submit proposals it feels can be finalized within the time available to be given consideration by the State of Kansas.
