NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following application for a Special Use at 7:00 p.m. on June 6, 2023 in the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
CASE NO. SU-23-03. A proposed Special Use requested by Space Out Smoke McPherson LLC, DBA Space Out Smoke (Abdulaziz MN Alshaif), of 5506 N Colburn Ct, Bel Aire, Kansas for the establishment of a tobacco and vape shop on property zoned as the B-3, Central Business District.

GENERAL LOCATION: 321 South Main Street, McPherson, Kansas
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved, would permit the above noted Special Use. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
