An application has been filed by Seth Graham, of 515 East Hulse St, City of McPherson, McPherson County, Kansas pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City’s Zoning Regulations, requesting a Conditional Use as an Exception to the reduction of 5 feet to the required 25 foot front yard for the purpose of erecting a 6-foot tall opaque, wooden fence on property zoned as the R-1, Single-Family Residential District and legally described as:
North Park Addition (McPherson), Section 21, Township 19, Range 03, Lot 3
General location: 515 East Hulse Street, City of McPherson
This application has been assigned Case No. CU-22-13. It will be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on October 27th, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case,
the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
