McPHERSON — Beginning Tuesday, June 28, restoration work will begin on the pond in Wall Park. Work tentatively will last seven to eight weeks, per the schedule presented by contractor Cronus LLC.
The park will not close. However, people utilizing the area for recreational activities are advised to keep away from construction equipment as well as areas that could be hazardous.
The parking areas off Avenue A as well as South Lakeside Drive (behind Wall Park Sports Complex) will remain closed during this time as they will be staging areas for construction equipment and supplies.
