UPDATED OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 31, 2022, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of McPherson, Kansas was notified that the applicant in the following case wishes to modify his request. As such, the following application will now be heard at 7:00 P.M. on April 28th, 2022 in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. BZA-V-22-04. Hometown Outdoor (Brian Anderson), of 610 West Kansas Ave, City of McPherson, pursuant to Section 10-107 of the City's Zoning Regulations, requests a variance to reduce the required front yard on the subject property to 5 feet along Kansas Avenue and from 10 feet to 0 feet along Mulberry Street for the purpose of erecting a 22’ x 90’ (1980) SF shelter for the display of lawnmowers on property zoned as the B-4, Service Business District and legally described as CASSEL ADDITION, Section 29, Township 19, Range 03, BLOCK 61, Lots 7-12.

You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
