BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MCPHERSON BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS

Section 1. That the following records are no longer useful and, pursuant to K.S.A. 12-120 et seq. and the City retention policies, may be destroyed and pursuant to K.S.A. 12-101, the following equipment may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of as the items are no longer serviceable, are not marketable and the disposal is conducive to the interests of the city.
