NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 23, 2021, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Room of the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. BZA-CU-21-06. Justin Richardson of 222 North Chestnut Street, pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City's Zoning Regulations, requests a conditional use as an exception for the purpose of erecting a six-foot tall opaque wood fence, a portion of which would be in the required front yard along Euclid Street on property zoned as the R-3 Multiple-family Residential District and legally described as Lot 12, and the North one half of Lot 11; Block 57; McPherson Original Town Site

After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
