ORDINANCE NO. 3359 A
N ORDINANCE ANNEXING A TRACT OF LAND IN McPHERSON COUNTY, KANSAS, BY THE CITY OF McPHERSON, KANSAS, AND INCLUDING THAT LAND WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF McPHERSON, KANSAS:
Section 1. The following described real estate, located in McPherson County, Kansas:
An addition to the City of MCPherson lying in the portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 19 South, Range 3 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, McPherson County, Kansas, including the following lots located in Eastlinks Subdivision, subject to any easements or restrictions of record:
BLOCK A, LOTS 1-17
BLOCK B, LOTS 1-17
BLOCK C, LOTS 1-6
BLOCK D, LOTS 1-5
is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of McPherson, Kansas, the governing body of said City having complied with the requirements of K.S.A. 12-520, as amended, for bringing land within the City's corporate limits, and one or more of the legal requirements for annexation having been met.
Section 2. This annexation shall not be effective until the Eastlinks Subdivision preliminary and final plats are accepted by the City Commission and the Eastlinks Subdivision final plat is filed with the McPherson County Register of Deeds.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall, when this Ordinance becomes effective, file certified copies thereof with the County Clerk and the Register of Deeds of McPherson County, Kansas.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect after its passage, approval and publication once in the official City publication of record.
