NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 2, 2021, the Planning Commission of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. VO‑21-01.
Bluestem PACE, Inc. of 113 South Ash Street, McPherson, KS. 67460, pursuant to Section 10‑103-A of the City's Subdivision Regulations, requests a vacation of:
The Alley lying South of and adjacent to lots 1 thru 6, except the East 8.70 feet thereof, Maltby’s Subdivision of Lots 10, 11 and 12 of Block 77, McPherson, Kansas.
General Location: 200 East Kansas Avenue, City of McPherson, McPherson County, Kansas
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Commission may close the hearing and prepare a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved under the City Subdivision Regulations, would be effectuated by an order which would then be filed with the McPherson County Register of Deeds. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
