AND REQUEST FOR PUBLIC INPUT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 7, 2019, the Planning Commission of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following petition at 7:15 p.m. in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. VO-20-01.
E. Thomas Pyle, III, of 705 West Kansas Avenue, McPherson, KS. 67460, pursuant to Section 10-103-A of the City’s Subdivision Regulations, requests the vacation of a 5.4’ wide portion of the easement over a distance of 104’, west to east, from the west property line of said property, reducing the entire easement to 9.6’ on property zoned as the B-4, Service Business District and legally described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, DOUBLET SUBDIVISION, Section 29, Township 19, Range 3, City of McPherson, McPherson County Kansas.
General Location: 705 West Kansas Avenue
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Commission may close the hearing and prepare a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved under the City Subdivision Regulations, would be effectuated by an order which would then be filed with the McPherson County Register of Deeds. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
