NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 23, 2020, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:30 P.M. in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. BZA-V-20-01. Premier Development, LLC (Nick Vontz) of 800 West 1st Street., pursuant to Section 10-107 of the City’s Zoning Regulations, request a variance to reduce the required minimum 20-foot rear yard by 9 feet for the purpose of erecting a duplex-style residential dwelling on property zoned as the R-2, Two-Family Residential District and legally described as: PREMIER SUBDIVISION, BLOCK 1, Lot 7, Section 34, Township 19, Range 03, City of McPherson, McPherson County, Kansas.
