This application has been assigned Case No. V-25-07. It will be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on August 5, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision.
