COMMENCING 45' WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2 BLOCK 12 FOR POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE NORTH 80 FEET; THENCE WEST 122.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 80 FEET; THENCE EAST 122.5 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING

This application has been assigned Case No. CU-25-01. It will be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on February 4th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision.
