Official notice of Zoning Hearing


OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

An application has been filed by Robert Mintzer, of 620 South Chestnut Street, City of McPherson, Kansas pursuant to 10-107 of the City’s Zoning Regulations, requesting a Variance to permit a reduction in the required front yard setback along Seitz Street from 20 feet to 5 feet, for a total reduction of 15 feet, on property zoned as the R-2, Two-Family Residential District and legally described as:

MCPHERSON O.T.S., S29, T19, R03, BLOCK 135, Lot 1

General location: 600 South Chestnut Street, City of McPherson

This application has been assigned Case No. V-23-07. It will be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on December 21, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.

You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
