Official notice of Special Use Hearing

OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT HEARING

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following application for a Special Use at 7:00 p.m. on December 5, 2023 in the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.

CASE NO. SU-23-08. A proposed Special Use requested by David Noffsinger, of 210 North Main Street, City of McPherson, Kansas, to establish a Restaurant and Drinking Establishment on land zoned as the B-3a, Main Street District.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: MCPHERSON O.T.S., S28, T19, R03, BLOCK 67, Lot 18

GENERAL LOCATION: 122 North Main Street, McPherson, Kansas

You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved, would permit the above noted Special Use. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
