TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following application for a Special Use at 7:00 p.m. on October 4, 2022 in the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
CASE NO. SU-22-02. A proposed Special Use requested by Bob Lasalle, of 604 Baldwin Street, Galva, Kansas 67443 for the establishment of an amusement center and restaurant with a Special Use as a drinking establishment in the B-3a Main Street District.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: MCPHERSON O.T.S., S28, T19, R03, BLOCK 67, Lot 12 - 14
GENERAL LOCATION: 112 North Main Street, City of McPherson, McPherson County Kansas
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved, would permit the above noted Special Use. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
