An application has been filed by Charles and Kimberly Kosmata, of 201 South Maple Street, City of McPherson, McPherson County, Kansas pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City’s Zoning Regulations, requesting a Conditional Use as an exception to permit the placement of a 5-foot tall, black vinyl coated chain link fence in the required front yard along Elizabeth Street on property zoned as the R-2, Two-Family Residential District and legally described as:
MCPHERSON O.T.S., Section 29, Township 19, Range 03, BLOCK 90, Lots 17 & 18
General location: 201 South Main Street, City of McPherson
This application has been assigned Case No. CU-22-04. It will be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on May 26th, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
