NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 27, 2022, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Room of the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. BZA-CU-21-10. Dale and Molly Stucky, of 500 Oak Park Drive, City of McPherson, pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City's Zoning Regulations, requests a conditional use as an exception for the purpose of Constructing a 360 square foot carport on property zoned as the R-2, Two-Family Residential District and legally described as: HOMESTEAD ACRES BLOCK 3 & 4, SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 19, RANGE 03, BLOCK 4, LOT 22

After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision.
